Lumber One is well equipped with 4 forklifts and 7 delivery trucks to achieve accurate and on time deliveries. Lumber One also employs 18 full time, year round staff, plus 12 full time summer staff to serve all your building needs. |

Lumber One has a large storage capacity to facilitate our extensive line of Building Products. We have over 6,000 square feet of heated retail space and 10,000 square feet of covered outside storage, all over 3 acres of land.
For our customer and contractors convenience, we also have a full time in-house design/drafting department available 7 days a week, to help you with your future planning needs.
Lumber One is a member of a few of the larger Buying Groups, namely Federated Co-op Buying Group, Sexton Buying Group and National Alliance, which provides buying power equal to Home Depot and Rona Revy.
Lumber One is a full-service, year-round lumber yard open seven days a week, serving Eastern Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario. We are located 10 miles West of the Ontario/Manitoba border. Lumber One has proudly been serving contractors and do-it-yourselfers for over 10 years.
