In 1994, Lumber One opened at 1 Willow Drive in Falcon Lake with a straightforward idea: builders in lake country deserve a supplier that understands lake country.

We started as a lumber yard serving docks, decks, cottages and cabins across the Whiteshell and Lake of the Woods. Over three decades, that grew into 11,000 square feet of climate controlled retail space and a full service design and building supply centre. We still sit at the same address, still serve the same communities, and still believe the best projects start with a team that knows the terrain.

Today we offer in house design and drafting, estimating, blueprint take offs, and material sourcing. We buy at volume straight from the source, pass that value on, and handle the logistics so you can focus on the build.
